TREE-EFFECTOR TYPE RED REACTIVE DYE

PURPOSE: A three-effector type red reactive dye has one monochlorotriazine and two vinyl sulfon effectors to provide high dyeability and reliability. CONSTITUTION: A tree-effector type red reactive dye is represented by the formula 1: wherein Z and Z' are independently OSO3M or OCOCH3, at least either of Z or Z' being OCOCH3; and M is an alkali metal atom. The reactive dye is prepared by (a) condensating 1-naphthol-8-amino-3,6-disulfonic acid and cyanuric chloride; (b) diazotizating a compound of the formula 2 and adding the product to the condensate solution of the step (a) to cause a coupling reaction; and (c) adding the compound of the formula 2 to the coupling solution of the step (b) to cause a condensation reaction.
