PURPOSE: A mobile phone device for transceiving video data is provided to transceive the video data without another equipment of a base station for processing the video data, by transceiving the video data between mobile phones to transmit the data through a voice path instead of a data path. CONSTITUTION: A mobile phone device for transceiving video data comprises a data detector (16), a switch (18), a controller (20), a data compressing/restoring processor (22), a memory (24), a liquid crystal display (LCD) driver (26), an LCD displayer (28), a touch panel (30), and a touch panel driver (32). The data detector detects video data from a signal received from a signal processor (14). The switch inputs video data of the signal processor to a phone processor (10), and switches the video data of the data detector. The controller controls video data processing and controls video data storing. The controller transceives data with the phone processor. The data compressing/restoring processor restores the switched/compressed video data under control of the controller, and compresses video digital data inputted from the controller. The memory stores the data under the control of the controller. The LCD driver is driven to display the video data of the controller. The LCD displayer displays the video data by the LCD driver. The touch panel converts data inputted by a user into digital data. The touch panel driver drives the touch panel, and inputs the inputted data to the controller.
