摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing ceramics dispersion reinforced copper electrode for welding by mechanical alloying method is provided to increase electroconductivity and hardness. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of ceramics dispersion reinforced copper electrode comprises the first step where copper powder/copper alloy powder, ceramics, and process control agent are inputted in a ball mill so as to performing mechanical alloying; the second step where canning of powdery raw material obtained in the first step is carried out; the third step where above canned raw material is consolidated by cold compressing so as to manufacture a preform; the fourth step where above preform is inputted in a vacuum chamber for degassing; the fifth step where degassed preform is hot extruded so as to manufacture a ceramics-dispersion reinforced copper electrode rod; the sixth step where the copper electrode rod is cut in a predetermined length; the seventh step where processed copper electrode rod and copper alloy are cast bonded.
