PURPOSE: A method and a system for controlling communication of a dispersion signal processing system are provided to assign a group address to each signal source besides assigning a communication address to confirm a signal change through the group address, and to select a signal source having the signal change for communication. CONSTITUTION: A private communication address is assigned to each signal source, and predetermined private communication addresses are grouped, to assign a group address to each group. Group addresses are sequentially read to find a group address including a private communication address having a data change. A signal source corresponding to the private communication address having the data change is private-communicated with a main controller(30), to read the changed data of the signal source. And the read data are processed to control each signal source.
