PURPOSE: A permeable concrete is provided to conveniently evaporate water after permeating rainwater into a road while paving the road and to reduce noise caused by travelling of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A permeable concrete(11) is produced by injecting SBR(Styrene Butadiene Rubber) latex or VAE(Vinyl Acetate Ethylene) emulsion as mixing material after removing fine particle among sand. Then, cement, large aggregate, commit and water are mixed after mixing steel fiber, glass fiber, carbon fiber, aramid fiber and nature fiber to produce the permeable concrete. Moreover, the permeable concrete is porous concrete having sequential void to pass water and use the large aggregate over 8mesh. Amount of cement paste is 300-400kg/m3 to engage and surround the aggregates, and water-cement ratio is 30-40% to make the void by preventing dropping the cement paste.
