PULSE CODE MODULATION MULTI-CONNECTION AND SWITCHING DEVICE THEREOF

PURPOSE: A PCM(Pulse Code Modulation) multiple access and a switching device by using a DPRAM(Dual Port RAM(Random Access Memory)) is provided to access to several PCM data lines by using the DPRAM, and to absorb a transmission speed difference between two systems. CONSTITUTION: A DPRAM(Dual Port RAM(Random Access Memory))(1) controls a data transceiving. A transmission system transmits data by using the DPRAM(1). A receiving system reads the stored data, and receives the data. Many unit connection blocks(4) equip a slip controller. The slip controller controls speeds of input clocks of the transmission system/the receiving system, and prevents a data overwrite of the DPRAM(1). A clock generator(5) generates determined clocks. A block counter(6) is operated by matching the clocks outputted from the clock generator(5). An address decoder(7) selects one of the unit connection blocks(4) by decoding data according to the clocks outputted from the block counter(6).
