EQUIPMENT OF PREPARING CALCIUM CHLORIDE SOLUTION USED FOR REMOVING SNOW

PURPOSE: A device for manufacturing calcium chloride solution for removing snow from a road is provided to carry out operation of snow removing rapidly by manufacturing the calcium chloride solution in large quantities and to reduce the time and the cost according to moving of the far distance. CONSTITUTION: The device(100) for manufacturing calcium chloride solution for removing snow from the road includes the first container(120) and the second container(190). The first container(120) contains calcium chloride and water and manufactures the calcium chloride solution with stirring and heating by a stirrer(142) and the first heater(170). The second container(190) contains the calcium chloride solution manufactured in the first container(120) and on the bottom of the second container(190), the second heater(200) is installed for supplying heat for sustaining the density of the calcium chloride solution manufactured in the first container(120). A supporting frame(110) fixes the first container(120) and the second container(190) with a body and supports them for loading to a car for removing snow.
