MICROGUIDE CIRCULATOR

PURPOSE: A microguide circulator having a wire shaped crossing portion is provided to simplify a structure, reduce an insertion loss, and enlarge a frequency band. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(10) is formed by a dielectric substance. Three microguides(20) are located at an upper surface of the substrate(10) and are crossed to one another to form a Y shaped crossing portion(21). A microstrip transmission line(21a) is integrally formed at outer sides of the three microguides(20). A space(31) is formed to face to the crossing portion(21) at a lower surface of the substrate(10) and is used as a wave guide portion. The space(31) has a cylindrical shape. A magnetic substance has a cylindrical shape and is inserted into the space(31). The magnetic substance is formed by a ferrite material. A permanent magnet is mounted to an upper side of the crossing portion(21) and magnetizes the magnetic substance.
