PURPOSE: A base frame of an elevator is provided to simplify the manufacturing process and improve the preciseness of the manufacturing process and reduce the manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of assembling slot(22) is formed at both end portions of a U-shaped base. And, a plurality of U-shaped side frames(30) is formed. A side frame(20) is press-fitted to the base(20) by forming assembling slots(32) which correspond to the assembling slots(22) which are formed in the base(20). A base frame(10) is formed by engaging an angle type fixing bracket(40) by using a bolt through a plurality of engaging holes(34,24) which are punched in the vicinity of the side frame(30) and the assembling slots(32,22) of the base(20).
