PURPOSE: A process for preparing a ball dart plate by passing nylon spun bonded fabric and an adhesive sheet through a heating roller, cutting and heat-fusing Velcro on a sponge plate using difference in a melting point between the nylon spun bonded fabric and adhesive sheet attached thereupon is provided, which remarkably reduces manufacturing time and cost and improves quality. CONSTITUTION: This ball dart plate is prepared by the process consisting of: preparing primary bonded fabric(4) by passing nylon spun bonded fabric(1) and an adhesive sheet(2) through between a driving roller(3a) and a pressure roller(3b) at 100 to 120deg.C and fusion-adhering the adhesive sheet to the rear side of the nylon spun bonded fabric; forming an objective plate material in specified shape using a cutter by passing through between a driving roller and pinch roller; and fusion-adhering the objective plate material to the sponge plate using a heat bonding machine.
