PURPOSE: A device for controlling charging data of a mobile communication exchange is provided to construct a network for a charging data transmission, and to transmit the charging data to a charging center in real time. CONSTITUTION: A charging disk(53) temporally stores charging data. A charging MT(Magnetic Tape)(54) receives the charging data, and re-stores the charging data. A CDR(Charging Data Recode)(51) controls an operation for storing the charging data in the charging disk(53), and controls an operation for storing the charging data in the charging MT(54). The CDR(51) generates a signal displaying that the charging data for being transmitted is generated when the charging data is stored in the charging disk(53). Exchanges(50) performs communication with a charging center(70), and equips a CDSB(Charging Data Send Block) transmitting the charging data to OMIDs(Operation and Maintenance Interface Devices) when the signal displaying that the charging data for being transmitted is generated. The exchanges(50) generate/store/output the charging data for a call service. The charging center(70) receives the charging data, and performs a charging calculation process. The OMIDs are composed of a CDM(Centralized Automatic Message Accounting) Data Management)(62) and a CNC(Cama Network Connection)(62). The CDM(61) buffers the charging data, and outputs the buffered charging data. The CNC(62) transmits the received charging data to the charging center(70), and receives a control signal from the charging center(70), then transmits the charging data to the exchanges(50). The OMIDs transmit the charging data generated from the each exchange(50) to the charging center(70) in real time.
