MAFACTURING APPARATUS OF COMPOSITE PIPE AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A fabricating method of a composite pipe is provided to improve productivity by obtaining simple structure and to adhere a composite pipe to an inner plastic pipe. CONSTITUTION: An inner plastic pipe(IP) wound upon a roll and a metal band(MS) coiled on a roll are supplied to a metal pipe press die. A metal pipe(MP) is fabricated when the metal band covers the inner plastic pipe supplied by a die(D). In the fabricating process, both ends of the metal band are welded by a welding machine to obtain the metal pipe. To adhere the metal pipe to the inner plastic pipe, the metal pipe is drawn through a drawing member. Thereby, the metal pipe is drawn to be adhered to the inner plastic pipe, and an outer plastic pipe is made on the metal pipe. The made composite pipe has high quality and high productivity.
