PURPOSE: A device and a method of data telecommunication between camera and PC(personal computer) are provided to minimize number of telecommunication lines and improve error correction by using only TxD(transmit data) and RxD(receive data) line. CONSTITUTION: A micro computer(201-1) of camera(201) and a PC(203) are connected through an interface(202). It carries out bidirectional telecommunication using only two lines of TxD and RxD, and transmits or receives data by frame. Data transmitted and received bidirectionally consist of frame by frame for including beginning code of frame data, number of frame data, control command code, operation control parameter or operation result data and check sum data. Telecommunication error is detected for the bidirectional telecommunication.
