PURPOSE: A fluid handling device being capable of arranging as rotary type is intended to provide a mark of the relative rotating direction following an axis extended between one fluid handling device and the other fluid handling device so as to make construction and installation of the device easy. CONSTITUTION: A fluid handling device being capable of arranging as rotary type comprises a body having a fluid flow passage and a fluid inlet and outlet on the opposite ends of the passage. The body is made from a nonmetallic material in a various types such as pipe fitting, pipe, valve, and the like. The body comprises a weldable stub(14) extended outwardly, which is designed to weld to a weldable stub(14) of an adjacent fluid handling device. In order to accurately positioning a device by rotating the device(10) against the other device, one or more arrangement marks(18) are formed along a surface of the device(10). The arrangement mark(18) is positioned on the device(10), and provide a mark for a rotating position of the device about an axis passing through at least one weldable stub(14). In one embodiment, the arrangement mark(18) is formed integrally with a body of the device(10) along an outer surface of the device. In the other embodiment, the arrangement mark(18) is formed integrally with a weldable stub(14) along an outer surface of the weldable stub(14). A plurality of arrangement marks(18) formed on the fluid handling device(10) may be changed according to a structure and application of a specific fluid handling device. Since the present device(10) may be specially constituted as a small design, and any desirable weld crush may be provided, any stub making weld mounting easy may be incorporated. The present device(10) may comprise a base point marked on the body, which provides a measurement point between a fluid handling device and a fluid handling device arranged adjacently thereto.
