PURPOSE: Provided is an aerosol device made up of a reservoir containing an aerosol composition consisting of a liquid phase (or juice) containing at least a fixing material in an appropriate solvent and a propellant, and means for dispensing said aerosol composition, CONSTITUTION: A fixing material has a glass temperature (Tg) not less than 30°C, and the fixing material comprises at least an anionic grafted siliconized polymer, with polysiloxane skeleton grafted by at least an anionic hydrocarbon radical, and the device being suited for obtaining a wetting power not less than 30 mg/s. The invention concerns a method for treating keratinous fibers which consists in applying on the keratinous fibers a composition containing a fixing material having a glass temperature (Tg) not less than 30°C containing at least an anionic grafted siliconized polymer, using a device suited for obtaining a wetting power not less than 30 mg/s.
