PURPOSE: A safety system of a cylinder lock and a key thereof are provided not to be released by a usual key by mounting a safety pin perpendicularly to a plurality of driven pins and a lock pin to operate under the elasticity of the safety pin in the cylinder lock, thereby preventing the burglary in advance. CONSTITUTION: In a safety system of a cylinder lock, which is formed with a plurality of through holes(4) formed at a side for inserting a plurality of drive pins(3) by a spring(2) and a through hole(101) in the center longitudinally for inserting a rotation element(120), a main body(100) of the cylinder lock is formed with a single through hole(114) perpendicularly to the plurality of through holes for inserting a safety pin(110) and a spring(112), and the rotation element is formed with a through hole(124) having a protrusion for inserting a lock pin(122) which operates under the elasticity of the safety pin. A key for releasing the cylinder lock mounted with the safety pin and the lock pin is mounted with balls(131,132) and springs(133,134) at both sides thereof.
