PURPOSE: A vibration plate for speaker and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase elasticity and improve the frequency characteristics using carbon UDPP(Uni Direction Pre-Preg). CONSTITUTION: The vibration plate for speaker includes a pair of carbon UDPPs(Uni Direction Pre-Preg)(1,2) and a honey comb structure(3) between the UDPPs(1,2). In the method of manufacturing the vibration plate, in step one, more than two sheets of carbon UDPP are arranged and tailored. In step two, The tailored carbon UDPP is divided into several parts in a radial direction and folded to make the adequate shape. In step three, the honey comb core(3) is tailored to make the adequate shape. In step four, the tailored honey comb core(3) is placed on the UDPP(1). In step five, the other UDPP(2) is placed on the other side of the honey comb core and heated to make the adequate shape.
