PURPOSE: An automatic hole punching method is provided to enhance productivity without a manual punching process, a grinding process and a member transferring process and to improve welding quality. CONSTITUTION: To automatically punch a hole, hole information is inputted to an automatic punch machine and a remaining material(24) is divided into two portions by cutting in an S-shape to be contacted with the inner circumference of the hole in at least two positions. Then, one portion of the divided remaining material is cut along the circumference of the hole. Finally, the other part of the divided remaining material is cut along the other circumference of the hole. Then, a plane plate is punched with an automatic hole punching machine.
