PURPOSE: A twin swing tail gate opening device of a vehicle is provided to easily open a left tail gate outside. CONSTITUTION: A twin swing tail gate opening device contains a left and a right tail gate(20,10) keeping an interval in-between; a rotary handle(30) placed between the interval between two tail gates; an interlocking lever(40) interlocking with the rotary handle through a combining pin(60) from an inner panel(21) of the left tail gate and connecting a free end with a ratchet assembly through a rod; and a base(50) supporting the interlocking lever upon being fixed to the inner panel of the left tail gate in both ends. To open the left tail gate, the right tail gate is little opened and the rotary handle is exposed. The interlocking lever is operated with the rotation of the rotary handle and a release lever releases a ratchet combined with the interlocking lever. On sealing the left and the right tail gate, a blocking sill extended from an outer panel(11) of the right tail gate, prevents the rotary handle from being exposed.
