The wrist pad comprises a body section on which carpal muscles can be rested, and wearing means (7) for supporting the body section to the wrist. A lower portion of the body section can form a base (1), made of hard material, and an upper portion of the body section can form a pad (3) made of soft material. The base (1) is integrally formed with the pad (3) or is attached to the pad (3). The base (1) functions to support a load of carpal muscle portions. The pad 3 which is coupled with the base (1), has a contour which is brought into contact with the carpal muscle portions when the palm of the hand is laid on the pad (3). The wearing means (7) is connected to wing parts (5) which are respectively formed at both sides of the base (1), so as to allow the wrist pad to be worn around the wrist. |
