PURPOSE: A control unit of elastic force obtained from hinge of coil spring is provided to make installment of a hinge easy and regulate the strength of a coil spring(30,31,32). CONSTITUTION: A control unit of elastic force obtained from a hinge of a coil spring comprises the steps of: installing a rotary pipe(12,12a) attached to an opposite connecting part(10,10a) to the upper and lower part of a pipe type body(11); fixing the lower part of a coil spring(30,31,32) to a supporting shaft(20) fixed to the lower part of a pipe type body(11); inserting a rotary shaft(21,21a) to the upper rotary pipe and a projection of a pipe type body(11) and fixing the upper part of a coil spring to the projection of a rotary shaft(21,21a); forming an inserted entrance(22) and a slot hole in the middle of the upper part of a rotary shaft(21,21a), then inserting a coil spring(31,31,32) to an inserted entrance(22), inserting a ratch pawl(40) having tapering slot hole to the slot hole of the upper part, setting up a coil spring at one side and gearing to a ratch gear(42) formed inside an upper rotary pipe; forming a pressure part(51,52) to the tapering slot hole of a ratch and putting a pressure implement(50) on a pressure part(51,52); joining a supporting nut(60) of a pressure implement(50) to the upper part of a rotary shaft(21,21a) by screwing; keeping the elastic force of a coil spring(30,31,32) strong by using a tool; pushing a pressure implement(50), then a ratch pawl(40) is discharged from a ratch gear(42) and the elastic force gets loose, thereby strength of a coil spring(30,31,32) can be regulated. |
