PURPOSE: A laser welding jig is provided to prevent welding trouble caused by laser beam leakage between both base metals, to easily keep the flatness of the base metal by stably maintaining a gap between both base metals and to prevent a welding portion from being deformed by easily and properly spraying cooling gas and shielding gas to the bottom of the base metals. CONSTITUTION: A laser welding jig for a tailored blank consists of a lower holder(20) installed in a base plate(10) with an argon gas supplying pipe(21), a supporting bracket(22) and a stopper(24); a first upper holder(30) combined with the supporting bracket by hinges(31) with a screw hole(32) for an adjusting bolt(50) and with a slot hole(33) for the stopper; and a second upper holder(40) combined with the first upper holder by hinges and combined with the lower holder by fixing bolts(41), with a pressing bolt pressing a base metal(2) between fixing bolts and a handle(43) lifting the base metal. The upper holder solidly fixes a base metal(1) by being pressed with the lower holder. Several gas spraying holes are formed in the argon gas supplying pipe of the lower holder at specific intervals.
