PURPOSE: A device for preventing the malfunctioning of an interrupter is provided to apply an interrupt signal for interrupting the current flow by separating a main operational contactor from a main fixing contactor. CONSTITUTION: A device for preventing the malfunctioning of an interrupter comprises main fixing contactors(2), main operational contactors(4), an interrupting coil section(50), a first current calculating section(21), a second current calculating section(22), a third current calculating section(23), a phase current comparing section(31), a constant current section(32), an over current detecting relay(40). The main fixing contactors(2) are electrically connected to power source inputting terminals(1). The main operational contactors(4) are electrically connected to power source outputting terminals(3).
