METHOD FOR INSERTING DIFFERENT SHAPED PART WITH HIGH SPEED

PURPOSE: A method for inserting a component into a printed circuit board at a high speed is provided to enhance the productivity by picking up supply carriers with rotating a head index having a plurality of heads and by inserting the picked component into the printed circuit board. CONSTITUTION: The method for inserting a component into a printed circuit board at a high speed comprises of the steps of moving(S1) heads of a head index to a preparative position in order to rotate the head index; first supplying(S2) a supply carrier with a component; picking up(S5) the components with a half of heads installed at the head index by repeatedly picking up the component of the supply carrier with the heads of the head index; second supplying(S8) the supply carrier with a component; picking up(S11) the component and inserting it into the printed circuit board; transferring the printed circuit board after the insertion of the component; and repeatedly performing the steps of second supplying(S8).
