PURPOSE: A chip on glass-type liquid crystal panel is to reduce a pad margin by dividing and mounting a wiring for driving a liquid crystal onto a lower glass substrate and a flexible printed circuit(FPC) film. CONSTITUTION: A panel pad includes a lower glass substrate(4), and an upper glass substrate(2) attached to the lower glass substrate. A drive integrated circuit(D-IC) chip(6) is mounted onto a pad region of the lower glass substrate to drive a gate and a source. An FPC(8) is mounted onto both sides of the D-IC to receive a portion of a wiring of a panel portion. The panel pad also includes an anisotropic conductive film(ACF) for providing a conductivity to an FPC region and a D-IC region. A portion of the wiring, which is less sensitive to a resistance of a liquid crystal, is mounted onto a surface of the lower glass substrate. The FPC includes a base film made of polyamide, an adhesive layer formed on a printed circuit board wiring layer, and a cover film layer formed on the adhesive layer.
