The ventilator rotor (2) has blades (6), which are mounted at least partially flexible and/or movable, with adjustable flexibility. The blades may be pivoted or displaceable, and may be hinged at one or both ends. They are joint to the rotor on radially inner or outer ends, via a joint (10) and/or hinge (8), esp. film hinge.
