PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain fuel having relatively low sulfur content, capable of suitably utilizing as fuel of a fuel cell by hydrating row gas, and decomposing the hydrate produced to manufacture the supply gas. SOLUTION: Natural gas containing hydrogen sulfide is hydrated under a temperature-pressure condition at which hydrogen sulfide and hydrocarbon gas of the main component form hydrates. The pressure of a pressure container in which the hydrates obtained are housed is kept under a condition at which hydrocarbon hydrate is decomposed but hydrogen sulfide hydrate is not decomposed, for example a condition of 0 deg.C, 0.92 kg/cm2 or higher but 26 kg/cm2 or lower. The hydrate having higher hydrogen sulfide component is remained in the pressure container, and supply gas having low hydrogen sulfide component can be obtained. A hydrate-producing bath 3 of hydrate manufacturing equipment 1 is constituted so as to be capable of freely supplying water and raw gas for forming hydrate. |
