PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To equip a thawing function of equipment constituting a system and a battery by heating oxygen-containing gas from a compressor with exhaust gas from a combustor, as a heat source, introducing the heated oxygen- containing gas into a gas-liquid passage of system constituting equipment, and introducing the oxygen-containing gas heated with exhaust gas of the combustor and a heater into the outer surface of the system constituting equipment. SOLUTION: In a thawing mode, exhaust gas heated to high temperature in a combustor 22 is introduced into a heater 70, compressed air from a compressor 30 is also introduced into the heater 70 and heated. Combustion exhaust gas passed through the heater 70 passes through a heater 80 installed in a water tank 60, and the inside of the water tank 60 is thawed. The downstream piping 109 of a fuel cell system 10, the outlet piping of the water tank 60, and a pump P are heated with the combustion exhaust gas passed through the heater 80. The combustion exhaust gas is introduced into the exhaust piping 109 of a reformer 20. The compressed gas heated with heater 70 thaws the inside of a passage of cooling water, and then heats a frozen battery 90. |
