PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical sensor with sensitivity for a wide concentration range of a substance to be detected. SOLUTION: Chemical sensors 6 and 6 with films 1 and 1 where the concentration of a sensitive substance in the films containing the sensitive substance that is sensitive to a substance to be detected are combined as chemical sensors. The response of the films that are amounted to bases 7 and 7 and have sensitivity in each different concentration range of the substance to be detected is picked up by electrodes 8 and 8 via buffer layers 9 and 9 as a detection signal.
