METHOD FOR TRANSFERRING MOVING PICTURE IN REAL TIME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize transfer of a moving picture in real time at high speed with high image quality by compressing and transferring a received picture in real time. SOLUTION: In the method transferring a picked-up moving picture from a server S to a client C in real time, a lookup table corresponding to a rectangular solid in a three-dimensional space is used to apply successive processing to the picked-up moving picture to convert three-dimensional information into a linear series information and a software compression method is used to compress converted original data and the compressed data are transferred via a communication path.
