PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parallel/serial conversion circuit that copes with a low frequency and converts parallel data into serial data at a low cost, with a simple circuit configuration. SOLUTION: When converting n-bit parallel data into serial data, a decode circuit 12 and a selective circuit 15 are used, the select circuit 15 receives a pattern signal denoting an inverted clock and phase deviation with an n/2 multiple frequency at maximum and a level signal with a fixed value, the selective circuit 15 properly selects a plurality of input signals in the unit of 1/n pixel on the basis of a select signal obtained by decoding the parallel data at the decode circuit 12 and outputs the selected signal as serial data. |
