PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain computer maintenance with no service stop, distributed operation corresponding to an operation phase and simplification in design. SOLUTION: In this distributed computer system, a first component for providing information concerning a component connected on the downstream side on an event transfer path to the platform of a computer while having a function for reporting that components are made instances to the platform of the computer and a function for selecting whether the component connected on the downstream side of the event transfer path is to be made into a byte stream when making the state of an object into a byte stream and a second component arranged on the downstream side of the event transfer path of the first component while having a function for transmitting/receiving an event between different computers are arranged on the event transfer path.
