The decoded image data is stored in a video frame buffer and its management ID is stored in the order of the output to the output FIFO. If processing 3 cannot be ended, processing 3 is suspended and the frame image stored at the first part of the output FIFO is outputted. After processing 2 is ended, the decoding of processing 3 is resumed.
