On line instruction information is received with the television program. By operating an activation key (8) on the remote control (3), the instruction information is provided which includes dialing address of the online service. After the completing the data exchange with the on-line service, the provided instruction information is processed automatically. An Independent claim is also included for a system for completing data exchange with on-line services.
