PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker with a cap excellent in portability which can be used as an external speaker for portable acoustic equipment. SOLUTION: A speaker with cap 40 is constituted by a cap 20 and a speaker unit 21. The cap 20 has a first recessed part 22 which is engaged with a container whose diameter is D1 and a second recessed part 23 which is engaged with a container of D2 whose diameter is smaller than the first recessed part 22. The cap is provided with an opening window 24 for the speaker unit 21 on a ceiling part and, at the same time, has a speaker housing part 25 having an outer diameter (D3) smaller than the diameter (D2) of the second recessed part 23 formed at a center of the ceiling part. The speaker unit 21 is fitted to the speaker housing part 25. |
