PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of rapidly and correctly generating a working budget from a plan. SOLUTION: A conversion table 11 in which name, amount of a unit price to be used for estimation and working unit price are made correspond to one another is created and the plan 12 is converted into the working budget 14 after the conversion table 11 is edited if necessary. The contents of conversion is automatically reflected on the conversion table 11 as conversion record. In this way, the budget 14 is rapidly and correctly generated by automatically converting the plan 12. In addition, the conversion table 11 is automatically generated based on the conversion record by providing a means to automatically register the contents of conversion performed by conversion of items as the conversion record and a means to automatically select a converting object according to the conversion record. |
