<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photosensitive element excellent in film peelability, flatness, work efficiency, etc., and suitable for forming a high precision pattern of a color filter, a backboard for a plasma display panel or the like by incorporating an acrylate compound having a specified alkylene group into a cushion layer. SOLUTION: A substrate film, a cushion layer and a photosensitive resin composition layer are successively laminated to obtain the objective photosensitive element. The cushion layer contains an acrylate compound having a >=6C alkylene group. A thermoplastic resin such as polyethylene or an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin is preferably used for the cushion layer. The photosensitive resin composition contains a binder polymer, a photopolymerizable compound having at least two ethylenically unsaturated groups, a photopolymerization initiator and a pigment or a dye.</p> |
