PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a classification system in a three-dimensional space from an object serving as the input data included in the three-dimensional space and a classification system of books and then to retrieve the book information. SOLUTION: This device includes a CG retrieval space automatic construction means 12 which constructs a three-dimensional retrieval space from the data inputted by a data input means 11 by securing the associating between a classification system of books and a computer graphics object or an image object included in a three- dimensional space, a partial anchor construction means 13 which constructs a partial anchor at an object part of a three-dimensional retrieval space, a display means 51 which displays the three-dimensional retrieval space that is constructed by a retrieval space construction part 10, a three-dimensional retrieval means 53 which retrieves the information on the link destination of an anchor that is pointed by a mouse pointing means 52 and a book retrieval means 55 which retrieves the book information by means of the classification system information on the book that is associated with the link destination that is selected by the means 52.
