PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a transducer by which a sound pressure that is flat over an entire frequency band can be obtained by employing a voice coil that is integrally wired in advance and then separated into required number of coil divisions for a voice coil arranged around a plurality of projections so as to integrally vibrate a flat diaphragm without causing split vibration. SOLUTION: A voice coil 1 used for an electroacoustic transducer that drives an entire face of a flat diaphragm where a plurality of projections are provided side by side in the lengthwise direction, is integrally wound by one wire material as a 5-layer structure in a cross direction, for example, and can be used by being separated as required. A voice coil section 3 is wound to be arranged in a groove between a plurality of projections placed side by side in the lengthwise direction. Furthermore, A pitch P is set in advance so that a distance between a positive connection terminal 2 and a negative connection terminal 4 is constant.
