PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide data terminal equipment of a load survey system, for easily and quickly measuring and collecting the using situation of consumer goods. SOLUTION: A load survey system is provided with a microcomputer meter 2 for measuring the loading of consumer goods continuously supplied from an outside device, and for generating and outputting a signal by each unit loading, and a data terminal equipment 10 for storing the signal from the microcomputer 2 in an SRAM 23, and for transmitting the information of the signal via a public telephone line 40, and a data collecting center device 30 for receiving and storing the information of the signal transmitted form the data terminal equipment 10. In the data terminal equipment 10, a CPU 20 stores the information for the reception date of the received signal or the information of a time interval from a prescribed reference date in the SRAM 23, by referring to the time data of a clock circuit 22 and transmits the stored time information via the public telephone line 40 to the data colleting center device 30.
