PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent heat dissipation efficiency from deteriorating depending on the arranging direction by contriving the shape of a heat dissipation fin. SOLUTION: The heat dissipater comprises a combination of U-shaped heat dissipation plates 1, 2 of different size where a pair of heat dissipation fins are formed at the opposite ends of heat dissipation plate bases 4, 7 by bending a rectangular planar material having thermal conductivity. Heat dissipation straight fins 5a, 5b, 8a, 8b are further bended on the forward end side to form heat dissipation fins 6a, 6b, 9a, 9b being bent in at least two stages.
