PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively radiate the internal heat of a heater to the outside by using a material of high thermal conductivity to a housing and securing substantially a direct contact between the housing, and the heater that is placed in the housing to conduct the heat of the heater to the housing. SOLUTION: A housing 2 of a portable telephone set 1 is mold with a magnechiscomold thin in thickness, very high in thermal conductivity and high in strength. A cooling fin part 6 of a projecting/recessing shape is formed on the bask 5 of the housing 2 to substantially increase the surface area of the housing 2. Then a transmission power amplifying parts 4 is placed near an antenna 7 and a direct contact is secured between the housing 2 and the parts 4 serving as a heater at the upper side of the housing 2 that is close to the antenna 7, so that the heat of the parts 4 is directly conducted to the housing 2. With such a constitution, the heat from the heater can be effectively radiated to the outside.
