摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an abrupt change against a temperature change and to accurately detect the external magnetic field by connecting an amorphous magnetic body between electrodes of an insulating substrate with a sag. SOLUTION: A magnetic field detecting element connected between electrodes 2 and 2, e.g. an amorphous wire, 3 is connected by welding between a wire and respective electrodes 2 with a sag 4. The sag 4 is a magnitude capable of giving a slack to the wire 3 not to generate tensile stress in the region from -30 deg.C to 80 deg.C, for example. An inductance change against a temperature change can be nearly unified in the whole region of the temperature range, the occurrence of an abrupt change point of inductance can be excluded, and the external magnetic field can be accurately detected. When an abrupt change occurs, the sensor output is changed to cause an error, however the external magnetic field can be detected with no detection error by this magnetic field sensor. The external magnetic field quantity passing in the axial direction of the magnetic field detecting element 3 is changed according to the shape and direction of the deflection of the magnetic field detecting element 3 to affect the sensor output, thus the shape of the deflection is desirably made uniform.
