PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the device for injecting and sealing a liquid crystal, the method for injecting the liquid crystal and the method for sealing the liquid crystal which are capable of eliminating the damage of a display screen due to foreign matters or the like. SOLUTION: In this device for injecting and sealing a liquid crystal, the pressure of the liquid crystal 16 contained in a liquid crystal dish 17 is controlled from a negative pressure state to an atmospheric pressure or positive pressure state to immerse the liquid crystal cell whose inside is under negative pressure state into the liquid crystal 16 in the liquid crystal dish 17 and to inject the liquid crystal into the liquid crystal cell by means of pressure difference when the liquid crystal is injected through the liquid crystal injection hole of the liquid crystal cell. The full surface of one side of the liquid crystal cell is made in contact with a rigid material 4, and a sealing member 10 is arranged on the part along a sealing material 3 for sticking the display screen of another side of the liquid crystal cell to the substrate to seal the liquid crystal display screen part of the liquid crystal cell. The sealed part is provided in a pressure regulation chamber 8 by which the gas pressure can be regulated at least independent of the pressure regulation for the liquid crystal dish 17.
