PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust a fixing position of a limit switch operating cam from outside of a casing. SOLUTION: A limit switch operating cam 12 for upper limit has an outer adjusting shaft 12C whose tip has a tool engaging portion 12D, a limit switch operating cam 13 for lower limit has a central hole 13D and a gear portion 13B, the outer adjusting shaft 12C of the limit switch operating cam 12 for upper limit is penetrated through the central hole 13D in the limit switch operating cam 13 for lower limit, a wave form spring ring 14 having a constant transfer torque is pressed in between the central hole 13D in the limit switch operating cam 13 for lower limit and the outer adjusting shaft 12C of the limit switch operating cam 12 for upper limit, the tool engaging portion 12D of the limit switch operating cam 12 for upper limit is exposed to a casing 1, and the gear portion 13B of the limit switch operating cam 13 for lower limit is connected to an output shaft 6 with a gear train.
