PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely construct an image output processing environment where the same image data can automatically be transferred to an image forming device of the changed output destination after the lapse of preset time by a user while drastically reducing the retrieval processing burden of the user. SOLUTION: A document server 4 retrieves an image processor 100 and a printer 8 satisfying the retrieval condition of a user, retrieves an image forming device satisfying the preset retrieval condition at any time even when the operation state of the image forming device dynamically fluctuates while image data is transferred to the image forming device selected among the retrieved image forming devices by a user operation, and automatically transfers the mage data after the lapse of the preset time.
