<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a viewer to easily take part in a viewer participation type television broadcast. SOLUTION: A television broadcast transmission system transmits a main broadcast signal on which interactive means definition information is superimposed. An interactive means definition information acquisition means 12 of a television broadcast reception system extracts the interactive means definition information from a received broadcast signal and transmits the information. A channel remote controller 13 receives and stores the interactive means definition information from the interactive means definition information acquisition means 12, and when a viewer conducts a prescribed entry operation, the remote controller 13 transmits reply data of the viewer to the television broadcast transmission system according to the interactive means definition information.</p> |
