PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a worker allocation system to allocate workers based on normal execution probability to normally execute each process to constitute a work. SOLUTION: This system is constituted by providing an input part 1 to input process names of the processes to constitute the work to be executed and information about requested ability to be requested as an ability to execute the processes, a worker information storage part 3 in which names of plural workers to execute the processes and information about an ability of the worker about a process execution ability of each worker are stored, a probability calculating part 8 to calculate the normal execution probability to normally complete each process by each worker based on the inputted information of the requested ability and information about the ability of the worker stored in the worker information storage part 3 and a work optimizing part 9 to allocate the workers to execute the processes based on the calculated normal execution probability. |
