PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify a corresponding credit member of reduction contents when charged performed by a credit company when the price of sales registration merchandise is paid with a credit card. SOLUTION: Reduction existence/absence information when charged that identifies whether or not reduction is performed when the price paid with a credit card is charged to a credit member and information about the reduction contents when the reduction is performed are preliminarily set and stored in each kind of the credit card. This processor discriminates whether or not the credit card is one qualified to receive reduction when charged by referring to reduction existence/absence information when charged (ST4). When the approved credit card is discriminated as a card qualified to receive reduction when charged due to approval inquiry, the processor notifies the credit member of reduction to be made when charged on the basis of information about reduction contents of the credit card. |
