PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unnecessitate paper when an order from a customer is accepted and to relieve burden of the customer at stores such as the ones of cleaning business, various kinds of rental businesses, etc. SOLUTION: This reception assistance system is constituted by providing a card 8 owned one by one by each customer, a controller 2 to be installed at the store, an input device 3, a storage device 5 with a customer data file 5a in which attribute information about plural customers is stored based on identification information, a merchandise (service) data file 5b in which attribute information about plural pieces of merchandise (service) is stored based on identification information of the merchandise (service), a transaction data file 5c in which transaction data about plural customers is stored based on identification information of the customers and a card reader/writer 6. The transaction data is created based on information inputted via the input device 3, written in a thermal display part of the card 8 loaded on the card reader/writer 6 and stored in the transaction data file 5c based on the identification information about the customers here. |
